Designers out on the Town, Theatre performance of URINETOWN
TIME: 7:30P curtain, 5:30P cocktails at University Marriott
COST: $25.00 per person for theatre tickets
LOCATION: Marroney Theatre, University of Arizona, 1025 North Olive Rd
Meet fellow designers for dinner/drinks before the show at the
University Marriott located at 2nd and Euclid area at 5:30 p.m. then
walk together to the Marroney Theatre for the 7:30 presentation of
Urinetown. Cost: $25.00 per person for theatre tickets.

This smash musical was one of the most popular of the 2001 Broadway
season. Urinetown is set in an Orwellian-type world where a depletion
of the earth's water supply has led to a government-enforced ban on
private toilets. A single malevolent company holds a monopoly over the
amenities, profiting by charging fees for one of humanity's most basic
needs. Among the people, a hero rises up who believes it's not just a
"privilege to pee" -- it's a fundamental right.
